My interest is in reducing the amount of nepotism that goes on within the financial services. I want to create a pathway for underrepresented students to learn about careers in the Investment Management space. It has been too long that a career in finance was gatekept to who you know rather than what you know. Financial Services as a whole could do with more diversity and inclusion but, based on my personal experience, struggle to reach the people they claim to be interested in. With my experience, I want to change the status quo and help students get closer to their dream careers.
