In the Investment Banking Division, members will discuss ongoing deals related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and leveraged finance. Meetings will teach members different modeling techniques, including Comparable Companies Analysis, Precedent Transactions Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged Buyout, and Accretion Dilution Analysis. Members will also be exploring and understanding financial concepts relevant to an Investment Banking Career Path. After an extensive learning curriculum, members will be able to engage with hands-on projects and case competitions where they will be challenged to apply their knowledge base and the creative skills developed. Members will also engage in networking sessions with professionals and learn about relevant internship opportunities to ultimately prepare for careers within the industry.
